This is an amazing book on forgiveness. Clara Naum's honest and personal accounts in the book make it ever more powerful and inspiring. This is a must read book for everyone.
In her book, "The Real Meaning of the F Word Forgiveness, as a Path to Freedom", Clara shows us the way to help ourselves by encouraging us to heal through love and forgiveness. In order to forgive, we do have to face our hurt but we learn there is so much to gain when we can apply our courage to face the Darkness to see the Light. Clara guides us along the way in a sincere, simple, loving way.
I have read many books of forgiveness and partipated in many similar workshops. Clara's "The Real Meaning of the F Word" eloquently cuts to the heart of the issue in clean & clear language, while utilizing a breadth of concise examples to bring concepts to real world, real life situations. I couldn't put this book down and I would most definitely place it amongst my top shelf favorites. I recommend Clara's masterpiece to those just beginning their spiritual awareness search and those who've been searching for years. A must read.
I read this book because I respect Clara’s work and insight, not because I ‘needed' to forgive anyone. It turned out be an eye opening experience. Blew my mind to realize how masochistic us humans can be by holding on to subtle, yet toxic feelings of pain or anger, even subconsciously—towards other, or even ourselves—when all it takes to be free is a choice. Revolutionary in it’s practical approach, and utterly liberating.
I absolutely love this book. It is the best work on forgiveness that I have read ( and I have read many publications on this topic). I appreciate the author's courage in sharing her own vulnerability and her personal story of forgiveness, in addition to her clients' compelling stories. She walks the talk, which encourages me to do the same. I also deeply admire Clara's courage in discussing forgiveness in relation to world challenges.
In simple, clear terms, this book offers a beautiful path of healing and upliftement, which is so timely and necessary at this time, considering all the difficulties we face worldwide today, be it terror attacks, corrupt governments, or mass violence.
